Our Purpose
Our main purpose is to define and promote respect for children's rights

- To promote children's health, happiness, and best opportunities
- To help define the very often used, but seldom discussed phrase "BEST INTEREST OF A CHILD"
- To help define CUSTODIAL ABUSE
- To enhance awareness of Custodial Abuse
- To help prevent Custodial Abuse
- To help balance the rights of custodial entities with commensurate enforceable responsibilities
- To help balance the responsibilities of non-custodial entities that bear interests or obligations towards children under custody with commensurate enforceable rights
- To provide follow-up, i.e., show the consequences of their decisions to custodial entities
- To help replace confrontation and conflict with cooperation
- To help replace the TRADITIONAL approach to the "BEST INTEREST OF A CHILD" which appears to lack clarity, transparency and competence with an approach truly centered on children and based on GOOD FAITH, COMPETENCE, and COOPERATION
