Why Custodial Abuse.org?

Other than physical abuses (rape, beating) which appear to be well identified, our society lacks any ability to even recognize white collar abuse, financial abuse, and psychological abuse directed against children.
Our Purpose:
- To define and promote children's rights.
- To promote children's health, happiness, and best opportunities
- To help define the very often used, but seldom discussed phrase "Best Interest of a Child"...
The Challenges We Face
The main challenge we perceive is the unwillingness of custodial entities to:
- Use competence in decision making
- Provide transparency
- Consider following up and learning from the results of their decisions
- Assume responsibility for results

How Else Can You Help?
By joining our community and sharing your personal experience and knowledge, you can help us and others in raising awareness about the many forms of child abuse.
What is Custodial Abuse?
As far as we know, CUSTODIAL ABUSE is NOT a standard term combination. We use it because we believe that we have identified a number of forms of abuse perpetrated by various custodial entities on children.
These abuses appear to be neither clearly recognized, nor addressed by any societal mechanisms currently in existence.
Drawing Competition!
NO DEADLINE
Humor is an efficient tool of popularization even for the saddest subjects. We invite you to have fun and possibly be rewarded for your talent by joining our competition.
Please submit CARTOONS illustrating Abuse of the Child Support System.
We will also accept cartoons about Judicial Misconduct affecting children and parents.
Every two months, we will reward the best cartoon - as described in the
CARTOON COMPETITION FLYER and
in our EVENTS page.
The prize for the best submisssion will be $400.
One of the most powerful custodial entities is a Court of Law. While we would not dispute the value of good Judicial Work, some Courts provoke tragedies and disastrous outcomes by exhibiting horrendous Judicial Conduct:
- PROCRASTINATION
- BIAS
- DISCRIMINATION
- CORRUPTION
- FRAUD
In other words, by abusing their Custodial Entity status.
By popularizing and trying to make fun of some very sad (sometimes tragic) situations we hope to help prevent future Judicial Custodial Abuse.
